VINCENT HOUSER aka ART DECO

Vincent Houser (aka Art Deco) has been the leader of one of America's premier Society orchestra for 25 years. He came to Los Angeles from Indiana were he taught college and secondary school and was concert master for numerous orchestras. Vincent toured the United States and Europe with Henry Mancini and finally moved to Los Angeles to study with the violin virtuoso Jascha Heifetz. In addition to founding Art Deco and His Society Orchestra, his credits include performances on soundtracks for movies and TV shows, and classical and chamber music concerts. He is currently Chair of the Performing Arts Department at the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks and, along with his department, won both the Bravo Award and most recently the Kennedy Creative Ticket Award for teaching excellence.


DR. JOE JEWELL

Joe Jewell is recognized as an accomplished orchestral guitarist; Joe performs frequently with The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and has performed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic as well as many other orchestras. His studio credits include performances on soundtracks for television shows on CBS and Showtime. Joe has performed for numerous celebrities throughout the world. He is currently tenured Professor of Guitar Studies at Fullerton College.


RANDY LANDAS

ACOUSTIC BASS // ELECTRIC BASS

Randy Landas is a versatile bass player splitting his time between studio work, touring, theater and other live performances. Randy has toured with such notable artists as Burt Bacharach, Boxing Gandhis, Rita Coolidge, Rickey Lee Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck to name a few. He has also played on numerous TV shows, films, jingles as well as many theatrical productions.


LES LOVITT

TRUMPET

Les Lovitt has toured with Woody Herman, Mel Torme, Peter Nero, Debbie Reynolds, Jerome Robbins" "Broadway", The Monkees, Brian Setzer, Woody Harrelson, Jim Belushi and the Sacred Hearts, and Jack Mack and the Heart attack. His trumpet playing can be heard on 70 albums including Grammy winners by Herbie Hancock, No Doubt, and B. B. Winans.


ALEC MILSTEIN

ACOUSTIC BASS // ELECTRIC BASS // VOCALIST

Alec Milstein is well-known throughout Southern California as both a songwriter, recording artist, bassist, and vocalist. This man of many talents has become a hot commodity in the L.A. music scene. Alec has written for and toured with Manhattan Transfer, Bette Midler, and Diana Ross just to name a few. While visiting his family in Argentina the culture influenced his recent compositions as he soaked up the music culture of South America. His sensual voice, Latin rhythms, and genius for composition have all contributed to his remarkable compact disc Dancing In The Rain.


TIM REDFIELD

MUSICAL DIRECTOR // KEYBOARD // VOCALS

As a highly regarded producer, writer, instrumentalist and vocalist, Tim is much sought after often finding himself involved in projects and tours not only in the U.S. but also in Asia and Europe. From producing and performing with such acclaimed international artists as Ricky Martin, Connie Stevens, and Engelbert Humperdinck just to name a few, his credits include a multitude of U.S artists in the jazz and R & B field as well as being a writer at the well-known jingle house of Barton-Holt. Tim's degree in performance from North Texas State University has insured his success in the L.A. session community where his keyboard skills have contributed to numerous albums, jingles, and soundtracks.


FINO ROVERATO

Fino Roverato has been a member of Rock "N" Roll hall of fame group Franki Valli and the Four Seasons for the last 7 years. Fino also has worked or recorded with the Coaster, Bobby Brooks, Thomas Dolby, Members of the 5th Dimension, Ben Vereen, Natalie Cole, Lee Greenwood, Pat Boone, 4 Tops, Robbie Benson and many others. Fino stays active in the studio, recently recorded for such movies as Sleepers, The Conspiracy Theory, Copland, The Sopranos and most recently Chevrolet.


DAVE RYAN

TROMBONE

David Ryan has been playing trombone professionally for over 20 years. He has recorded with the National Slide Quartet, The Glenn Miller Orchestra, The Louie Bellson Big Band, and the Dick Cary Tuesday Night Friends. He is currently a freelance musician in the LA area and has recorded many television and movie soundtracks including "Beverly Hills 90210," "Star Trek; First Contact," and "That Thing You Do."


JANELLE SADLER

VOCALS

Most recently as a backup singer for Natalie Cole, Janelle has traveled the world in a variety of singing roles, accompanying talent as diverse as Atlantic Record's metal band, "Crimson Glory", the opening act for Ozzy Osbourne, and Donny Osmond on his "Soldier of Love" tour, as well as "The New Mamas and The Papas World Tour. Janelle is well known for her commanding and fiery stage presence, audience communication skills, and Tina Turner like moves on the band stage and dance floor. But most of all, Janelle is know for her amazing voice and versatility in styles.


LEAH SHAFER

VOCALS

Leah Shafer is one of our most requested vocalists due to her incredible range, power, and emotional delivery. Leah's audience interaction, warmth, sincerity, and beauty all make her quite a sensation. She has sung extensively throughout the Southern California receiving rave reviews wherever she appeared.


MARK VISHER

SAXOPHONE // CLARINET // FLUTE // BACKUP VOCALS

Mark Visher, a master of the saxophone, flute, and clarinet is well known throughout California and the United States. He has performed with such prominent artists such as: the Temptations, Tommy Tune, Brian Setzer, Mary Martin, Merv Griffin, and Jerry Seinfeld just to name a few. This much sought after musician has recorded extensively for television and motion pictures. Mark also has numerous film credits.


DAVE ZARLENGA

DRUMS

Dave Zarlenga: Dave studied for many years with world famous drummer Murray Spivac. He has done many live performances with stars such as Cab Calloway, Billy Childs and Dwight Yokum, and has performed on over 80 albums. He also served as musical director for Tom Jones for seven years.
